TOW TRUCK ACT 2023 - SECT 207

207 Amendment of s 79 (Vehicle offences involving liquor or other drugs)

Section 79 (2C) (c) —
omit, insert—

(c) an authorised tow truck for an operator accreditation under the Tow Truck Act 2023 ;

(ca) a tow truck, within the meaning of the Tow Truck Act 2023 , if—

(i) the tow truck is used in a tow truck business under that Act; and

(ii) the person conducting the tow truck business must hold an operator accreditation under that Act;
