VEGETATION MANAGEMENT (REGROWTH CLEARING MORATORIUM) ACT 2009 No. 6 - SECT 14

(1) A person may, in the moratorium period, apply to the chief executive for a decision that modified schedule 8 development is exempt development.

Note--

At the date of assent, guidelines about making an application under this section are available for inspection on the department's website at .

(2) The chief executive may--

(a) grant the exemption; or

(b) grant the exemption on conditions; or

(c) refuse the exemption.

(3) If the chief executive grants the exemption, the development is taken to be exempt development.
