Queensland Numbered Acts Queensland Numbered Acts(1) This section applies if, immediately before the start of the moratorium period, a development approval under the Planning Act is in effect for land in an area that, under section 5, becomes a moratorium area.
(2) The approval continues in effect as if the area had not become a moratorium area.
