VALUATION OF LAND AND OTHER LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2010 No. 7 - SECT 19
19 Amendment of s 34 (Lands to be included in 1 valuation)
Section 34(2A)--
insert--
'(c) a lease from a local government that holds
the land under a lease from the State.'.
