'Gulf wild river area means each of the following areas in the plan area—

(a) Morning Inlet catchment area;

(b) Settlement Creek catchment area;

(c) Gregory River subcatchment area;

(d) Staaten River catchment area other than the part of the area that is within the Cape York Peninsula Region area.'.
