WATER AND OTHER LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2011 No. 40 - SECT 27

27 Amendment of s 55 (When water resource plans may be amended or replaced)

(1) Section 55(2), from 'a report' to 'shows'—

omit, insert—

'about'.

(2) Section 55(2)(b), after 'plan's objectives'—

insert—

', or the strategies for achieving the plan's outcomes,'.
