WATER AND OTHER LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2011 No. 40 - SECT 41
41 Amendment of s 106 (Minor or stated amendments of resource operations plan)
Section 106(b)—
omit, insert—
'(b) the amendment is of a type allowed
under the plan for this paragraph, and the chief executive reasonably believes
the amendment will not adversely affect the rights of water entitlement
holders or natural ecosystems; or'.
