omit, insert—

'section 699(3)(a)'.

(2) Section 700(2) to (6)—

renumber as section 700(3) to (7).

(3) Section 700—

insert—

'(2) However, this section does not apply for a proposed transfer to which section 700A applies.'.

(4) Section 700(3), as renumbered, 'section 699(1)'—

omit, insert—

'section 699(2)'.

(5) Section 700(5), as renumbered, '(3)'—

omit, insert—

'(4)'.
