Queensland Numbered Acts Queensland Numbered Acts(1) If the person who has or appears to have management or control of a place is present at the place when a search warrant is being executed, the inspector must—
(a) identify himself or herself to that person by producing his or her identity card for inspection; and
(b) give that person a copy of the execution copy of the warrant.
(2) In this section—
execution copy includes a duplicate warrant mentioned in section 167A(5).
