WORK HEALTH AND SAFETY ACT 2011 No. 18 - SECT 225

225 Internal reviewer

(1) The regulator may appoint a person or body to review decisions on applications under this division.

(2) The person who made the decision can not be an internal reviewer in relation to that decision.
