WORK HEALTH AND SAFETY ACT 2011 No. 18 - SECT 229B

229B How to start review

(1) A review is started by—

(a) filing a written application for a review with the industrial registrar; and
(b) complying with the rules applying to applications for reviews by the commission under the Industrial Relations Act 1999.

(2) The application for a review must be filed within 30 days after the day on which the decision first came to the applicant's notice.

(3) The commission may at any time extend the period for filing the application for a review.

(4) The application for a review must state fully the grounds of the application and the facts relied on.
