Queensland Numbered Acts Queensland Numbered Acts(1) The repealed Act, part 9 continues to apply to a decision made under the repealed Act as if the repealed Act had not been repealed.
(2) For the repealed Act, section 154F, applied under subsection (1), a reference to the chief executive of the department is taken to be a reference to the regulator.
