WORK HEALTH AND SAFETY ACT 2011 No. 18 - SECT 307
307 Power to make subordinate legislation unaffected by direct amendment by Act
The amendment by this Act of subordinate legislation made under any Act does
not affect the power of the maker of the subordinate legislation to further
amend the subordinate legislation or repeal it.
