(1) Schedule, definition levy—

insert—

'(c) work health and safety levy.'.

(2) Schedule —

insert—

'work health and safety levy means levy that is imposed under part 8, and includes—

(a) an additional amount of levy imposed under section 80; and

(b) any interest under section 84.'.
