350 Amendment of s 36 (Obligation of installer of electrical equipment or electrical installation)

(1) Section 36, heading, 'Obligation'—

omit, insert—

'Duty'.

(2) Section 36, from 'A person' to 'ensure that—'—

omit, insert—

'(1) This section applies to a person (the installer) who installs electrical equipment or an electrical installation.

'(2) The installer must ensure that—'.
