(1) Section 57AB, heading, 'Employers or self-employed persons'—

omit, insert—

'Person conducting a business or undertaking'.

(2) Section 57AB(1)(a)—

omit, insert—

'(a) a person (the relevant person) conducts a business or undertaking that includes the performance of electrical work; and'.

(3) Section 57AB(1)(b), (2) and (3), 'relevant employer' or 'employer'—

omit, insert—

'relevant person'.
