WORK HEALTH AND SAFETY ACT 2011 No. 18 - SECT 370

370 Amendment of s 57AC (Licence holder engaged by employer or self-employed person must notify changes)

(1) Section 57AC, heading—

omit, insert—

(2) Section 57AC(1)—

omit, insert—

'(1) This section applies if the holder of an electrical work license is engaged to perform or supervise electrical work for a person (the relevant person) who conducts a business or undertaking that includes the performance of electrical work.'.

(3) Section 57AC(2), 'employer'—

omit, insert—

'person'.
