Queensland Numbered Acts Queensland Numbered Acts(1) If the regulator is satisfied a drought management plan complies with the registration criteria in any guidelines made by the regulator for preparing the plan, the regulator must, as soon as practicable after receiving a copy of the plan--
(a) register the plan; and
(b) give the water service provider notice of the registration.
(2) The notice must also tell the water service provider the intervals, of not less than 1 year, at which regular reviews of the plan must be conducted.
(3) Registration under subsection (1) is not approval by the regulator of the contents of the plan.
