Maximum penalty--1665 penalty units.
(2) A person required under section 343(2) to have a dam failure impact assessed must ensure the assessment is completed and given to the chief executive within the reasonable period stated in the notice.
Maximum penalty--1665 penalty units.
(3) A failure impact assessment given to the chief executive must be accompanied by the prescribed fee.
