Queensland Numbered Acts Queensland Numbered Acts(1) A service provider may install, or approve the installation of, a meter in a position, decided by the service provider, on infrastructure supplying water to premises.
(2) The meter is the property of the service provider even if it is installed inside the boundary of the premises.
