Queensland Numbered Acts Queensland Numbered Acts(1) The regulator must, before giving a service provider a compliance notice for a matter, give the service provider a show cause notice about the matter.
(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to a compliance notice given to a drinking water service provider or a recycled water provider in relation to a matter involving drinking water or recycled water.
