688 Amendment of s 197 (Surrendering an interim water allocation)

(1) Section 197(2A), 'licence'--

omit, insert--

'licence or resource operations licence'.

(2) Section 197(3)(b), 'a reference'--

omit, insert--

'if the interim water allocation is managed under an interim resource operations licence--a reference'.
