ANIMAL CARE AND PROTECTION AMENDMENT REGULATION (NO. 1) 2011 No. 279 - SECT 9

Section 28—

insert—

'medication instruction means—

(a) a prescription given by a veterinary surgeon; or

(b) a written instruction for administering a medication that is—

(i) prepared by the manufacturer or supplier of the medication; and

(ii) supplied with the medication.'.
