BODY CORPORATE AND COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT (STANDARD MODULE) REGULATION 2008 No. 273 - SECT 102

A proxy under this part--

(a) must be in the approved form; and

(b) must be in the English language; and

(c) must be in a document separate from a contract; and

(d) can not be irrevocable; and

(e) can not be transferred by the holder of the proxy to a third person; and

(f) must appoint a named individual.
