Queensland Subordinate Legislation as Made Queensland Subordinate Legislation as Made(1) In accordance with section 318 of the Act, a voting member can not be prevented by contract from exercising a vote at a committee meeting, and can not be required by contract to make someone else the member's proxy for voting at a committee meeting.
(2) A voting member can not be represented by proxy at more than 2 meetings of the committee in the year for which the committee is appointed.
