Queensland Subordinate Legislation as Made Queensland Subordinate Legislation as Made(1) If, when the first annual general meeting of the body corporate is held, the committee is formed under section 13(4), a subsequent committee may be chosen at an extraordinary general meeting held before the next annual general meeting after the first annual general meeting.
(2) This subdivision applies to the extraordinary general meeting as if it were the next annual general meeting after the first annual general meeting.
