BODY CORPORATE AND COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT (STANDARD MODULE) REGULATION 2008 No. 273 - SECT 221

For a resolution of a committee--

(a) made before the commencement; or

(b) made at a committee meeting called but not held before the commencement; or

(c) made on a motion, notice of which was given to the committee members under previous section 35 before the commencement;

previous section 37 applies as if this regulation had not been made and the repealed regulation continued in force.
