Queensland Subordinate Legislation as Made Queensland Subordinate Legislation as Made(1) This section applies if the relevant limit for major spending for a community titles scheme is less than the relevant limit for major spending for the scheme under the repealed regulation (the previous limit).
(2) For a general meeting called but not held before the commencement, section 152 applies as if the relevant limit for major spending for the scheme were the previous limit.
