Queensland Subordinate Legislation as Made Queensland Subordinate Legislation as Made(1) A motor dealer must act in accordance with a client's instructions unless it is contrary to this division or otherwise unlawful to do so.
(2) However, the price at which a motor dealer offers to sell or buy a used motor vehicle must be in accordance with the client's written instructions.
