SUSTAINABLE PORTS DEVELOPMENT REGULATION 2018 - REG 2

2 Master planned area—Act, s 6

(1) For section 6 (1) (b) of the Act , the area identified in the Port of Gladstone master plan as the master planned area for the port is approved.

Note—

A copy of the master plan is available for inspection on the department’s website.

(2) In this section—

"Port of Gladstone master plan" means the master plan for the Port of Gladstone made by the Minister on 1 November 2018.
