'POB Pty Ltd transfer day means the day when Port of Brisbane Pty Ltd ACN 143 384 749 ceases to be a wholly-owned subsidiary of Port of Brisbane Corporation Limited ACN 124 048 522 on the sale of the shares in Port of Brisbane Pty Ltd to a purchaser.'.
