SURVEYORS REGULATION 2014 No. 183 - SECT 6

For section 72 of the Act, the following changes in circumstance are prescribed—

(a) the registrant's name;

(b) the registrant's address (including business and postal addresses);

(c) a registration endorsement held by the registrant;

(d) for a corporation that intends to conduct, or holds itself out as conducting, cadastral surveys—the cadastral surveyor named in section 5(1)(h);

(e) for a corporation that holds a registration endorsement (other than a registration endorsement for cadastral surveys or as a consulting surveyor)—the surveyor named in section 5(1)(i);

(f) for a corporation, other than a corporation mentioned in paragraph (d) or (e)—the surveyor named in section 5(1)(j).
