The Parliament of South Australia enacts as
follows:
This Act may be cited as the Bail (Discretion) Amendment
Act 2007.
This Act will come into operation on a day to be fixed by
proclamation.
In this Act, a provision under a heading referring to the amendment of a
specified Act amends the Act so specified.
Part 2—Amendment
of Bail Act 1985
4—Amendment of
section 10—Discretion exercisable by bail authority
Section 10(1)(f)—delete paragraph (f) and substitute:
(f) the fact that the applicant may have contravened or failed to comply
with a term or condition of a bail agreement (whether on this occasion or on
some previous occasion);
