2.Amendment of s. 66—Ministerial offices


The Parliament of South Australia enacts as follows:


Short title

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Constitution (Ministerial Offices) Amendment Act 2002.

(2) The Constitution Act 1934 is referred to in this Act as "the principal Act".

Amendment of s. 66—Ministerial offices

2. Section 66 of the principal Act is amended by striking out from subsection (2) "unless an appointment is made taking the number of Ministers to more than thirteen, in which case, while the number of Ministers exceeds thirteen, the Executive Council will consist of not more than ten Ministers of the Crown appointed to the Executive Council by the Governor".
