The Parliament of South Australia enacts
as follows:
This Act may be cited as the Controlled Substances (Repeal of
Sunset Provision) Act 2004.
This Act will be taken to have come into operation on 30 September
2004.
In this Act, a provision under a heading referring to the
amendment of a specified Act amends the Act so specified.
