The Parliament of South Australia enacts
as follows:
This Act may be cited as the Education (Extension) Amendment
Act 2005.
In this Act, a provision under a heading referring to the
amendment of a specified Act amends the Act so specified.
Part 2—Amendment of Education Act 1972
3—Amendment of section 106A—Materials and services charges for curricular activities
Section 106A(16)—delete
"1 September 2005" and substitute:
1 September 2006
