The Parliament of South Australia enacts as
follows:
This Act may be cited as the Freedom of Information (Fees) Amendment
Act 2010.
This Act will come into operation 2 months after assent.
In this Act, a provision under a heading referring to the amendment of a
specified Act amends the Act so specified.

4—Amendment of
section 53—Fees and charges
Section 53(2)—after paragraph (b) insert:
(c) must provide for access to documents by professional journalists
without charge where the time spent by an agency in dealing with the application
is less than 5 hours,
