The Parliament of South Australia enacts as
follows:
This Act may be cited as the Public Corporations (Subsidiaries)
Amendment Act 2013.
In this Act, a provision under a heading referring to the amendment of a
specified Act amends the Act so specified.
Part 2—Amendment
of Public Corporations
Act 1993
3—Amendment
of section 24—Formation of subsidiary by regulation
Section 24(2)—after paragraph (d) insert:
(da) may confer jurisdiction on a court to review decisions or activities
of the body; and
4—Amendment
of Schedule—Provisions applicable to subsidiaries
Schedule, clause 2—after its present contents (now to be
designated as subclause (1)) insert:
(2) However, a subsidiary is not subject to control or direction in
relation to the performance of its functions (if any) as a trustee.
