The Parliament of South Australia enacts as
follows:
This Act may be cited as the Parliamentary Committees (Public Works
Committee) Amendment Act 2016.
In this Act, a provision under a heading referring to the amendment of a
specified Act amends the Act so specified.

Section 3, definition of public work—after paragraph
(a) insert:
(ab) the whole or a part of the cost of the work is to be financed by a
public-private partnership or a private finance initiative; or
