The Parliament of South Australia enacts as
follows:
This Act may be cited as the Passenger Transport (Disciplinary Powers)
Amendment Bill 2007.
This Act will come into operation on a day to be fixed by
proclamation.
In this Act, a provision under a heading referring to the amendment of a
specified Act amends the Act so specified.

4—Amendment of
section 36—Disciplinary powers
Section 36(2)(e)—after subparagraph (v) insert:
(va) has breached, or failed to comply with, a provision of the Equal
Opportunity Act 1984; or
