The Parliament of South Australia enacts as
follows:
This Act may be cited as the Statutes Amendment (Anti-bullying)
Act 2011.
This Act will come into operation 6 months after the day on which it
is assented to by the Governor.
In this Act, a provision under a heading referring to the amendment of a
specified Act amends the Act so specified.
Part 2—Amendment
of Criminal Law Consolidation
Act 1935
4—Amendment
of section 19AA—Unlawful stalking
Section 19AA(1)(a)—after subparagraph (ivb)
insert:
(ivc) uses abusive or offensive words to or in the presence of the person;
or
(ivd) performs abusive or offensive acts in the presence of the person;
or
(ive) directs abusive or offensive acts towards the person; or

2009

Section 8(4)—after paragraph (j) insert:
(ja) using abusive or offensive words to or in the presence of the
person;
(jb) performing abusive or offensive acts in the presence of the
person;
(jc) directing abusive or offensive acts towards the person;
