The Parliament of South Australia enacts as
follows:
This Act may be cited as the University of Adelaide (Trust Property)
Amendment Act 2010.
In this Act, a provision under a heading referring to the amendment of a
specified Act amends the Act so specified.

of section 4—Continuance and powers of University
(1) Section 4(5)(f)—after "Waite Trust" insert:
or any other trust
(2) Section 4(7)—delete subsection (7) and substitute:
(7) If any land that was vested in or conveyed to the University under a
trust is subsequently transferred by the University in accordance with an
approval of the Governor under subsection (5), the land will be transferred
free of the trust.
