The Parliament of South Australia enacts as
follows:
This Act may be cited as the Workers Rehabilitation and Compensation
(Firefighters) Amendment Act 2014.
This Act will be taken to have come into operation on
1 July 2013.
In this Act, a provision under a heading referring to the amendment of a
specified Act amends the Act so specified.
Part 2—Amendment
of Workers Rehabilitation and Compensation
Act 1986
4—Amendment
of section 31—Evidentiary provision
(1) Section 31(2a)(c)—delete "by the South Australian Metropolitan
Fire Service (SAMFS)"
(2) Section 31(2a)—delete "employment by SAMFS" and
substitute:
that employment
(3) Section 31(2b)—delete subsection (2b)
(4) Section 31(3)(b)—delete "subsections (2a) and (2b)"
and substitute:
subsection (2a)
(5) Section 31(4b)—delete subsection (4b)
