South Australian Current Acts South Australian Current Acts15A—Review of magistrate's decision by Supreme Court
(1) Subject to this
section, a decision of a magistrate on a review of a decision of a
bail authority is subject to review by the Supreme Court.
(2) A review may be
carried out under this section on the application of the Crown, the person
applying for release on bail or, if the person applying for release on bail is
a child, the child or a guardian of the child.
(3) A review under
this section may only occur with the permission of the Supreme Court (which
should only be granted if it appears that there may have been some error of
law or fact).
