14—Constitution of Court
(1) The Coroner's
Court is to be constituted of a coroner.
(2) The Court may, at
any one time, be separately constituted of a coroner for the holding of a
number of separate inquests.
(3) If the coroner
constituting the Court for the purposes of any proceedings dies or is for any
other reason unable to continue with the proceedings, the Court constituted of
another coroner may complete the proceedings.
