same protections, privileges and immunities from liability as a Judge of the
Supreme Court.
(2) A member of the
administrative and ancillary staff of the Coroner's Court, an investigator or
a person assisting an investigator incurs no civil or criminal liability for
an honest act or omission in carrying out or purportedly carrying out official
functions.
