8—Delegation of State Coroner's administrative functions and powers
(1) The State Coroner
may delegate any of the State Coroner's administrative functions or powers
(other than this power of delegation) under this Act or any other Act
to—
(a)
another coroner; or
(b) the
principal administrative officer of the Coroner's Court; or
(c) any
other suitable person.
(2) A delegation under
this section—
(a) must
be in writing; and
(b) may
be conditional or unconditional; and
(c) is
revocable at will; and
(d) does
not derogate from the power of the State Coroner to act in any matter.
