The holder of a licence under this Part must, in relation to each approved
carer in whose care the foster care agency places children and young people
pursuant to the licence—
(a)
undertake regular assessments of the provision of care by the approved carer
under this Act; and
(b)
assess any requirement of the approved carer for financial or other
assistance.
Maximum penalty: $50 000.
