131—When Court may make order under this Part
(1) The Court may make
an order under this Part transferring a child protection proceeding pending in
the Court to the appropriate court in a participating State if—
(a) an
application for the order is made by the Chief Executive; and
(b) the
relevant interstate officer has consented in writing to the transfer.
(2) The proceeding is
discontinued in the Court on the registration of the order in the appropriate
court in the participating State in accordance with the interstate law.
