The Registrar must cause all documents filed in the Court in connection with a
child protection proceeding to be sent to the appropriate court in a
participating State if—
(a) the
child protection order or proceeding is transferred to the participating
State; and
(b) the
decision or order to transfer the child protection order or the order to
transfer the child protection proceeding (as the case requires) is not subject
to review or appeal or a stay.
